Dr Ben Pilgrim presents work to HRH The Princess Royal
Dr Ben Pilgrim presented his research to HRH The Princess Royal at the Presidential Dinner of the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851. Ben was selected to present a poster entitled 'Stimuli-responsive molecular containers for biomimetic catalysis' covering work undertaken on his 1851 Fellowship over the past couple of years. #People #Events

Felix's paper highlighted by Science and JACS
A recent paper published by the group has been highlighted by Science and JACS. The work, lead by Dr Felix Rizzuto, describes the stabilization of otherwise unstable supramolecular complexes inside the cavity of a cuboctahedral coordination cage. Larissa and Marion win poster prizes at GRC on Systems Chemistry
Congratulations to Larissa von Krbek and Marion Kieffer, who both won poster prizes at the 2018 Gordon Research Conference on Systems Chemistry in Maine, US. Marion's poster was titled "Quantitative Mass Spectrometry: Myth or Reality?", and Larissa's was titled "Allosteric Regulation of Anion Exchange in an Fe4L6 Tetrahedron". ISMSC 2018, Québec City
Jake, Masahiro, Dawei and Cally attended ISMSC in Québec City, Canada and presented posters, while Jonathan delivered an invited lecture on Monday afternoon. On top of the 5+ days of excellent science, the group also enjoyed excursions including sightseeing and zip-lining at the Montmorency Falls, wine-tasting and watching England play in the World Cup (sob). #Conferences #People
