Group Retreat in Snowdonia
The whole group went on a five day retreat to Dolwyddelan in Snowdonia National Park in Wales. We had lots of time to brainstorm new ideas and exciting directions in which to take the group's science. There was also time set aside to explore the area and to get to know each other. We had fun visiting the local slate caverns and castle ruins. Some members battled the Welsh weather to go on walks in the hills, including up the 872 m high Carnedd Moel Siabod.
