Josien is currently a master student of moleuclar Chemistry at the Radboud University in the Netherlands. She also completed her bachelor in Chemistry there in 2022. She came to the Nitschke group in Cambridge to work on her second master internship in synthesizing and characterising novel metalorganic cages.

 

In her free time she enjoys running, arts and crafts and trying out new craft beers.
