Jack Hoffman
Jack Hoffman was born in Manchester in 1994 and undertook his undergraduate master’s degree in chemistry at St John's College, University of Oxford, from 2012-2016. During his studies, he was awarded the Casberd Scholarship and the Christopher Coley Prize for performance during public examinations, and the Brian Bannister Thesis Prize for his final year research project in organic chemistry, which was supervised by Prof. Timothy Donohoe. Jack joined the Nitschke group as a PhD student in 2016, focusing on supramolecular catalysis. Beyond chemistry, Jack enjoys watching documentaries, reading, and snowboarding.
