Ted grew up in Nottingham and came to Cambridge in 2020 to read physical natural sciences, and has greatly enjoyed learning inorganic and physical chemistry. He is currently undertaking his Part III in the Nitschke group under the supervision of Hannah Kurz, investigating supramolecular structures utilising a novel vertex motif.

 

In his spare time, Ted enjoys hiking, cooking, running, and badminton.
